About the Art

The moth is a symbol of transformation. As a night creature it implies quietness, privacy and one's inner world.

This design was a synthesis of paint pens on a circular canvas. It adapted easily to the fabric because of all the negative space (large unbroken areas of ink are not very good for printing, and that's why I try to inject negative space into all my shirt versions).

Fabric
- 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton; lightweight 4.2 oz fabric

Care instructions
- Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
- Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
- Tumble dry: low heat
- Iron, steam or dry: medium heat
- Do not dryclean
